I have spent the last six months so focused on my body, getting in shape, eating right, I lagged on working on my mind.
I realized although I felt amazing from my vigorous workouts, I was feeling restless inside.
So I decided to stop and take an inventory of what was truly going on inside my head.
Life is so fast paced, so crazy spinning all the time. We have commitments, deadlines, and lovers to take care. We forget to stop and take care of ourselves. I recently bought a workbook entitled "Boundaries" which I am so thrilled to begin. I never really learned how to set good boundaries with people. Therefore I take on other people's emotions, and feel guilty all the time.
It boggles me down, and most of the time I don't even realize why I feel the way I do. The only true way to heal and correct these behaviors is to take the time you need with yourself, to ask some tough question's and meditate on changing them.
If you feel the way I do, I recommend taking a nice long walk, and just be present in the moment, buy a good workbook, that asked the questions you need to answer. Another recommended book, I did last year was "12 Steps to Spiritual Healing" This workbook was life changing for me. It really de-clutter my thinking, and helped me deal with life on more smoother surface.
Enjoy your day!!!!
